Key Responsibilities:

For Cooks:

• Prepare and cook meals according to nutritional guidelines and resident preferences
• Plan and execute menus with a focus on health and flavor
• Ensure proper food storage, safety, and sanitation practices
• Work with the dietary team to meet individual dietary needs of residents

For Diet Aides:

• Assist with meal preparation and service in accordance with dietary needs
• Ensure that meals are served according to residents’ preferences and dietary restrictions
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in food service, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment
• A passion for cooking and serving nutritious, tasty meals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow dietary guidelines
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
