Lower School: Violin Music Teachers Needed

The Harker After School Instrumental Music Program is currently seeking an experienced violin teacher for both private and group lessons.

Pay is $75 per hour.

• Experience with working with elementary level students ages 5-12 
• Lessons are after-school Mondays-Friday 3:30-6:45pm depending on enrollment, but are usually 2-3 days a week
• Guitar Group on Fridays 
• Masters degree in performance and/or education preferred, but not required
• Private one-on-one teaching experience with general pedagogy, use of method books along with supplementary materials
• Conducting and leading group and ensembles for young students a plus
• Ability to teach ukulele and bass helpful, but not required
• Additional experience teaching through Zoom helpful, but not required
