This role is for someone who thrives on ownership, is proactive in their thinking, and brings clarity and impact into every client interaction.</p> <h2 id="what-you-will-do">What you will do:</h2> <ul> <li>Be the strategic partner for our clients in media and digital transformation projects</li> <li>Lead projects independently and proactively — from discovery to delivery</li> <li>Identify opportunities, define strategies, and translate them into actionable roadmaps</li> <li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and clients to co-create meaningful solutions</li> <li>Help shape our consulting offering and continuously improve how we work</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in digital or media consulting, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, media landscapes, and customer-centric strategies</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>A proactive mindset — you don’t wait for instructions, you initiate action</li> <li>Ability to work independently</li> <li>First experience using large language models (LLMs) in a business context</li> <li>Passion for digital communication and marketing technology (MarTech)</li> <li>Confidence and clarity in client presentations</li> <li>Fluent in German and English</li> </ul> <p><em>Your annual gross salary for this full-time senior position starts at € 47,600.
