Implementation Analyst - Lending

What does a great Implementation Analyst Lending do at Fiserv?

As an Implementation Analyst Lending at Fiserv, you will play a crucial role in client conversions and implementations within the lending modules of our platforms. You will work closely with credit unions and other financial institutions to configure systems, provide training, and ensure successful transitions to Fiserv solutions. Your dedication to accuracy, client satisfaction, and proficiency in our systems will drive increased delivery capacity and consistently high client satisfaction ratings.

What you will do:

• Drive to and from designated Fiserv work locations for client engagements
• Set up, configure, and train new credit union clients on lending modules of Fiserv platforms
• Provide consultation before, during, and after conversion processes
• Maintain project management principles and project plans for each implementation
• Manage multiple clients and adhere to project timelines
• Analyze and identify root causes, providing input to successful solutions

What You Will Need To Have:

• 2 years of Financial Industry experience at a financial services organization, Credit Union, or Bank
• Proficiency with Excel
• High school diploma
• Lending experience strongly preferred
• Project Management capabilities

What Would Be Great To Have:

• Client facing experience
• Experience implementing or supporting SaaS solutions
• Bachelor’s degree
