The Role:We are assembling an elite team of client-facing problem solvers that meet our partner’s needs at the highest level possible. As a member of the partner success team, you’ll own a portion of the brand portfolio and will be responsible for building relationships and driving growth with a focus on key performance indicators. Our partners are the heart of our business, and we are looking to grow our Partner Success team to optimize the value of the Catch partnership from the initial onboarding experience, through ongoing support, and strategic account management.
What will you do?- Manage a portfolio of partner accounts and develop strategic, long-term business relationships- Interface and build relationships with executive level decision makers across large complex merchant organizations (ecommerce, marketing, finance, legal, etc)- Report out on business performance, product enhancements, and marketing opportunities- Drive regularly scheduled meetings, QBRS with partners while monitoring customer satisfaction- Analyze, synthesize, and present data that proves out Catch’s value proposition and ROI- Prioritize and focus on KPIs such a customer retention, ROAS, and LTV- Develop & evolve internal processes to create a best-in-class go-to-market function- Successfully negotiate contract renewals and navigate any partner challenges- Be a thought leader and translate partner feedback to help build out new solutions- Upsell product enhancements to drive partner adoption, satisfaction, and growth- Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Sales, Analytics, Product, and Marketing
What skills and experience do you need?- 6-8+ years of experience in a B2C / B2B partner success role in a fast-paced environment- Experience working with data insights and turning them into actionable strategies- Excellent customer relationship management and ability to build strong relationships- Experience managing account portfolios and negotiating contract renewals- Strong verbal and written communication skills - Managerial experience preferred- Understanding of technical concepts and platform integrations on Shopify, Salesforce, etc. - Experience managing cross-functional projects with a high attention to detail- Knowledge of retail, payments and e-commerce preferred - Experience monitoring and updating a CRM system; Salesforce experience a plus- Strong knowledge of analytics tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, Looker or similar

The annual salary range for the expected level for this role is $155,000- $182,500 at time of posting. Compensation also includes equity and comprehensive benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
