Platform Integration Team Lead - Poland

The role you’ll play

As Team Lead you will have the unique opportunity to one of the teams in the Platform Integrations tribe. This team is building and maintaining integrations to and from our translation platform. These are done in multiple ways from pure API based integrations based on our own middleware to plugins for target systems coded in the languages of the target systems.

You enjoy working with people, grooming new talents, or inspiring our senior developers to do even better. You are a skilled developer and take great pride in delivering sound and scalable solutions. The team is spread across multiple technologies with the primary focus on .net, but with development taking place in PHP and Java as well. Your team will ensure new products and services are brought to life using a cloud native tech stack.

The team you’ll be a part of

You will join our Platform Integrations Tribe, which currently consists of two teams with a total of 14 dedicated people, working on bringing our customers content as easy as possible to our platform for translation and back again afterwards.

Our team members are located throughout Europe, with tribe members in Denmark, Poland, Portugal and Spain. That also means that almost all collaboration between team members are done in a distributed manner, so experience with working in such a setup is a big plus.

You will work closely with the existing team lead in the tribe, get a great network of leaders & tech people throughout our engineering organization, and report to the Director of Platform Integrations Tribe.

• Solid experience doing development, preferably C#, but PHP and Java are also big plusses
