General Manager - Banks and Trusts

We are looking for a General Manager for Banks and Trusts who will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding strategic relationships, and enhancing product adoption across LITCO, ITM, and affiliated service lines within the bank and trust company channel. This leader plays a cross-functional role in developing institutional client relationships, managing onboarding execution, and promoting full-fiduciary solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the senior relationship lead for existing bank and trust company clients, ensuring continued client satisfaction, retention, and renewals
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations and support long-term value delivery
- Drive growth by identifying new and upsell opportunities, such as transitioning clients from Standard to Managed services and promoting full trustee adoptions via LITCO
- Execute cross-sell strategies across multiple product lines and service tiers, track performance and provide feedback to product and marketing teams
- Attend and represent the company at relevant conferences, forums, and client events.
- Actively network with industry influencers and decision-makers to strengthen brand presence and generate qualified leads
- Identify and develop partnerships with financial institutions, trust departments, RIAs, and estate planning professionals
- Manage onboarding team to ensure timely, accurate account setup and data reconciliation
- Ensure alignment between legal, operations, remediation, and client stakeholders; act as the sales liaison to internal operations and implementation groups
- Provide oversight for integration processes during large institutional transitions, including risk mitigation, compliance support, and outcome reporting
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience working in the Banks and Trusts market
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth
- In-depth understanding of the Banks and Trust industry, including knowledge of products, decision making processes, and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead direct reports and collaborate across internal departments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
Hybrid, Cedar Falls, IA office location
Ability to travel up to 20% of time, including travel to conferences, customer sites, and office locations.
