Title: Regional Partnership Manager
Oak Street Health is a rapidly growing company of primary care centers for adults on Medicare in medically-underserved communities where there is little to no quality healthcare. Oak Street’s care is based on an entirely new model that is based on value for its patients, not on volume of services. Responsibilities:
Serve as eligibility expert for a region of 30 primary care clinics.
Support a team of Patient Relations Managers, Outreach Directors and Outreach team members in managed care efforts.
Establish and nurture relationships with key health insurance brokers, health plans and community influencers who have relationships with individuals on Medicare.
Execute partnership efforts with insurance brokers, health plans and other community influencers.
Train PRMs and Outreach Team members on how to engage in these relationships and hold them accountable for progress and for tracking.
Reinforce and train on compliance.
Networking, prospecting, and calling to identify and build new partnerships.
Be a leader of our regional outreach teams in other capacities as needed, for example, training, CRM optimization, and special projects.
What we are looking for
A problem-solving orientation and a flexible and positive attitude
Outstanding networking and relationship management skills
Strong communication and public speaking skills
Proven history of developing partners and/or relationships leading to business growth
Must be comfortable with cold calling and prospecting
Incredible level of organization, reliability and independence
Microsoft Office (Excel) and CRM familiarity
Experience working on a multidisciplinary team preferred
Local knowledge and relationships preferred, but not required
Experience working with Medicare preferred, but not required
Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required
Bachelor degree required
US work authorization
