$225k BASE with 24% production - Overnight Emergency Veterinarian (Consistent Schedule and NO Non-compete!)

Job Description

Location: Bowie, MD (within 30 minutes of Washington D.C., Baltimore, and Annapolis)

• Has previous experience in an ER or general practice setting 

• Values integrity, exhibits superior communication, displays excellent client service and patient care  

• Is a collaborative member of the team who will match and embrace DCES’s culture  

• Is a natural night owl who loves working overnights 

Schedule: 

We understand that work-life balance is critical to your well-being. With this in consideration, we designed the schedule as follows: 

• 13 shifts per month (typically 3 shifts per week) 

• Consistent, predictable overnight schedule   

• No more than 3 consecutive shifts in a row 

Please note, this is a full-time position and further details on schedule will be discussed during the interview process. 

Compensation:  

Our competitive compensation package includes:  

• Guaranteed base salary of $225k+ annually, earning 24% production (when it exceeds base) and no negative accrual  

• $50k signing bonus for experienced emergency veterinarians

• Continuing education allowance of $3k annually, with an additional week of PTO to ensure you are able to focus on learning
