Nike Digital Product Design executes thoughtful design solutions for business and consumer problems at scale. We craft the overall form and function of our digital products — defining the user experiences and interfaces for Nike’s internal and consumer-facing experiences.

Who you will work with

You’ll be part of the Digital Product Design Studio. We’re a team of UI/UX craftspeople, specializing in UX creative direction, motion, copywriting and prototyping – collectively responsible for elevating the quality and expression of Nike’s digital experiences. We work closely and collaboratively with a cross-functional team of product designers, UX writers, product managers, engineers, producers, researchers, and marketers – collectively building digital products that “make athlete dreams real”.

Who we’re looking for

You've built your career by blurring the lines between design and development. You’ve created industry-leading products that deliver value for the people who use them, and for the businesses that deliver them. You blend aesthetic sensibility with technical skills – achieving interactive and technical breakthroughs while inspiring others through your vision and collaboration. You bring a wide array of expertise and a lot of curiosity. You have experience leading projects, guiding teams, and as a leader, you know how to mentor fellow creative technologists, designers and collaborators.

What you bring

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in the digital product industry

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in design or related field (UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • A visionary maker of UI and interaction patterns that look and feel intuitive, innovative and delightful

  • Expert understanding of relevant web and mobile development technologies

  • Well experienced in UI/UX design principles

  • Deep experience applying human-centered design processes while working with cross functional teams

  • Curious, enthusiastic and collaborative with cross-functional partners

  • Can identify great experience design and provide meaningful critiques of discrepancies/opportunities in the team's work

  • Able to clearly articulate vision and strategy to leadership

  • Ability to communicate effectively with non technical stakeholders

  • Passion for the Nike brand, sports and for creating high-quality work

  • A lasting fascination with innovation, technology, digital tools and trends

What you will work on

You’ll create innovative web and mobile app experiences that deliver Nike’s vision to “make athlete dreams real”. You’ll work within the Design Studio team to collaborate on defining and implementing Nike’s UX language, and you’ll work with cross-functional partners across Nike on “big bets” – the digital experiences and expressions that position Nike at the forefront of inspiration and innovation.

  • Design and implement the look and feel of delightful Nike product
