Program Coordinator I-HR Recreation - MSH (East 98th Street) Part-Time Days

The Program Coordinator I is responsible for providing customer service to all members of Mount Sinai Health System using the services offered by the Recreation Office. This includes ticket sales for a wide range of Broadway, sports, and other events/activities as well as Mount Sinai branded merchandise.

• Customer service in person and over phone/email, including ticket and merchandise sales, answering questions, emailing/transferring tickets, etc
• Assist with determining which tickets/event should be offered, based on supply and demand.
• Maintaining accurate and specific records of sales and orders
• Coordinates with internal departments for orders of tickets/merchandise
• Work closely with vendors to assist in the ticket ordering process.
• Assists in maintaining inventory of Mount Sinai Promo items

• Bachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may substitute for the degree when the experiences are closely related to the duties of the job.
• None required, but 1-2 years administrative experience preferred

Compensation Statement

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $64,526.72 - $73,500.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
