About the role

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

20 hours per week
Monday to Friday, flexible between 8AM to 5pm Byron Bay, NSW (5:00 AM - 2:00 PM Manila Time)

Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage our financial operations, with a special focus on accounts receivables. This role offers a unique blend of financial expertise and music industry exposure. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth financial processes, providing critical insights, and contributing to the company’s growth strategy. If you’re passionate about music and have a knack for numbers, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a vibrant, international setting.

Responsibilities:

· Manage accounts receivables, ensuring timely collection of payments

· Perform general bookkeeping duties including data entry and reconciliation

· Assist with financial reporting and analysis

· Handle payables and other accounting tasks as needed

· Utilize Xero accounting software to maintain accurate financial records

Requirements:

· Significant experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably 5+ years

· Strong proficiency in accounts receivables management

· Familiarity with Xero accounting software

· Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

· Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
