Internship Tech Talent Acquisition

M47 is a fast growing Barcelona based tech start-up focused on building next generation data-driven AI products. We are currently looking for a IT Talent Acquisition Intern to join us in our offices in our HQ in Barcelona and help us find and onboard the best talent. Our engineering and language teams are growing at a fast pace and we’re looking for a fast learner who will put their best foot forward looking for ways to innovate in the candidate search and will provide excellence during the full recruiting cycle.

The ideal candidate would be passionate, curious, and self-directed. You will get your first interaction in different areas of HR; Recruitment, Branding, Development, etc... Always with a strong focus on QUALITY!

About your day-to-day:

• Source potential candidates from diverse strategic online channels or other innovative methods and techniques

• Screen/Tag incoming resumes and applications in an applicant tracking software solution

• Overview of the full hiring projects from end-to-end

• Act as point of contact for candidates throughout the entire process and coordinate each step of the latter with them

• Support HR team with onboarding related procedures of new hires

• Collaborate in the development and implementation of talent acquisition-related projects, such as employer branding and training

Requirements

This is for you if you have:

• A background in Psychology, Labour Relation or other relevant fields
• Working proficiency in English and fluent Spanish
• Outstanding organization skills
• A curious mindset and a willing to get hands-on attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

You will hit the ground running if you have:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of different technologies and up-to-date exposure to tech advancements
• Knowledge of HR and Talent strategies

Special requirements

* For this position you must be a holder of a valid working permit for Spain.

* You must be elegible for an internship agreement with your university
