ROLE OVERVIEW

The Custodial Maintenance team member plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facility. This position is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining all assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and warehouse spaces. By keeping our work environment clean and organized, this role helps ensure a safe and productive atmosphere for all Fanatics employees.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floor areas.
• Strip, wax, and buff floors as needed to maintain shine and cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize all restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
• Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in breakrooms.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break areas, and other common spaces.
• Operate warehouse compactor safely and efficiently.
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners, cleaning receptacles as necessary.
• Clean all office areas, ensuring a tidy and professional appearance.
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
• Properly label, dilute, and use all cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Support general maintenance of the grounds.
• Assist the facilities team with other duties as needed.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior custodial or maintenance experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet operational demands.

WHERE YOU’LL WORK AND WHAT’S REQUIRED:

• This role will be based onsite in a facility environment, including warehouse and office areas.
• Work may occur both indoors and outdoors, in non-climate-controlled spaces.
• Must follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
