alliantgroup’s is currently seeking a Consultant to join our digital subsidiary, alliantdigital. Our alliantdigital team offers digital strategy and consulting services to companies in the middle market in response to the rise and accessibility of emerging technologies and AI. The focus and goal of our digital practice is to help small and medium-sized businesses navigate and leverage these new technologies to transform and solve their most difficult challenges.

The Opportunity

alliantdigital is alliantgroup’s newest service line and subsidiary. This role will give you the opportunity to further develop your skills in a fast-paced, start-up like environment while shaping the future of alliantdigital. You will use emerging technology and AI to assist our clients across different industries to solve complex challenges and help them modernize and transform the digital capabilities within their organization. To succeed in this role, you will need:

Key Responsibilities

There are a vast array of projects and engagements you will be supporting as our clients’ needs directly influence the projects we work on. As a consultant, you will be working with leadership to run these exciting and impactful engagements. Your role will include the following: 

• Support client engagement teams and other stakeholders in the project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of complex projects

• Partner with clients to develop transformation roadmaps and goals through workshops and design sessions

• Document requirements, assist with configuration, testing, debugging, and deployment of digital solutions

• Identify innovation opportunities through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions

• Implement digital solutions and products that drive efficiency for clients

• Build and maintaining client relationships, ensuring they receive excellent quality service and deliverables

• Perform analytics on client's current state processes to determine return on investment and benefits for solution implementation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in consulting/professional services.

• Must have prior experience consulting in Digital Transformation, AI and Automation

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, accounting, finance, information systems, and/or computer science.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.

• A strong interest in technology and its use in business processes

• Demonstrated knowledge and ability utilizing digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements

• Demonstrated ability to execute and successfully achieve objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines

• Experience developing executive level presentations, roadmaps, and strategies

• Excellent communication and business writing skills

• Demonstrated ability to capture and synthesize business requirements

• Familiarity and understanding of the accounting and tax industry

• Ability to problem solve and an entrepreneurial approach to work

• Must possess skills such as business modeling, management consulting, organizational development, and process improvement

• Excellent organizational, presentation, communication, meeting facilitation, analytical, and judgment
