Sr. Audit Associate (Hybrid)- CPA Required

Job Description: 
We are seeking a Senior Audit Associate with public accounting experience to join our team. The Senior Audit Associate will be responsible for leading audit engagements, managing client relationships, and providing guidance to junior audit staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit and assurance services, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. This position is 3 days a week remote after 90 days.

Responsibilities:

• Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, including managing the audit team, coordinating with clients, and reviewing workpapers and financial statements
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional client service
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior audit staff, including reviewing their work and providing feedback for development
• Perform complex audit procedures and research technical accounting issues as needed
• Stay current on audit regulations and standards and communicate changes and updates to team members
• Assist with the preparation of audit reports and presentations for clients and management
• Coordinate with other departments, such as tax and consulting, to provide comprehensive services to clients
• Participate in firm-wide initiatives and training programs to enhance professional development
