The Sr. Procurement Analyst will serve as the operational expert within the Procurement Team. They will support all operational activities including managing contract execution, punch-out catalogs, and vendor management. They will liaise with Amazon for Business, external suppliers, internal stakeholders, and be responsible for the management and fulfillment of day-to-day activities and service-level agreements.
The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:• Based in California: $92,000-108,000
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.

The Sr. Procurement Analyst will serve as the operational expert within the Procurement Team. They will support all operational activities including managing contract execution, punch-out catalogs, and vendor management. They will liaise with Amazon for Business, external suppliers, internal stakeholders, and be responsible for the management and fulfillment of day-to-day activities and service-level agreements.
Responsibilities:
- This role will drive further improvements of the Coupa Platform and take on ad-hoc assignments from internal stakeholders, providing bandwidth to further accelerate value delivery across the business and the execution of our strategic objectives
- Support the sourcing and procurement organization in meeting our goals and objectives for the overall business strategy
- Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies, delivering cost savings based on sourcing strategies and compliance management
- Support the financial analysis of various portfolios, including market price benchmarking and total cost analysis
- Shows excellent judgement regarding standard operating procedures to help expedite results and meet timelines
- Ensure consistent application of procurement processes across constituent groups
- Measure compliance by end users to Procurement policies and contracts
- Identify opportunities to standardize purchasing requirements
- Identify and evaluate suppliers; analyze quotes from a TCO perspective
- Partner with accounts payable and internal business units to resolve invoice/PO issues, and discrepancies. Update billing cost centers, and close PO’s in bulk for quarterly accrual activity
- Work with the Coupa Supplier Community to drive e-invoicing and usage of the CSP (Coupa Supplier Portal)
- Generally, assist internal customers (Coupa employees) with a wide range of tasks related to the overall P2P life cycle
- Support the Procurement team by providing timely and accurate assistance on relevant topics and initiatives as required
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to think strategically and make recommendations
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Operational Management, Business Administration/Business Operations, Purchasing, or Process Management
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent internal relationship-building skills – your ability to partner with other parts of the organization will be critical to your success
- Strong customer service skills, and technical knowledge of P2P/ERP systems
- Understanding of basic contractual terms is preferred
