Role and Responsibilities:

The Global Partner & Operational Support group is an organization within our servicing network that is responsible for managing 3rd party vendors as an extension of our servicing network. GPOS is passionate about driving the world’s best customer experience and enabling business growth through strategic partnerships at the right margins with steadfast risk and control standards.

The Partner Systems Integration & Management TWA (9 Months) Project Manager will lead initiatives to advance the AAC Roadmap and support the Project Portfolio. The Project Manager will be responsible for evolving performance, creating flexibility, and oversight of our Prop/Partner environment by maximizing automation, business intelligence, and creative solutions to get results for the servicing strategy and evolving AAC operations. 

  • Lead Projects for end-to-end initiatives primary for our AAC footprint in the Proprietary and 3rd party space including sourcing to post implementation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and mobilize business processes to meet business objectives and goals; develop collaborative approaches to jointly address key business opportunities and drive innovation.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant collaborators and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop, articulate, and detail the business needs and functional requirements for projects, inclusive of risk identification and mitigation.
  • Ensure that project results meet quality standards, timeline, and stakeholders’ expectations with flawless execution.
  • Establish and lead Project Management Office structure for large scale and ground-breaking projects.
  • Maintain and improve upon the project management framework for GPOS ensuring adherence to robust controls.
  • Flawless execution of strategic initiatives across global Partner and Operational Support, impacting customer experience, capabilities, and demand management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Collaboration and influencing skills; ability to deliver results in an environment which requires a high degree of coordination and alignment.
  • Proven track record to multi-task and get results under timelines.
  • Proven track record to influence, gain support, resolve issues, and work in a matrixed organization.
  • Keen attention to detail with ability to organize and synthesize a broad set of information.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence leadership at different levels.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

  • Superior problem solving and analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
