Your analytical insights will directly influence the direction of our tools and key company objectives.<br/>If you thrive on breaking down complexity into actionable tasks using data, are excited about working on innovative and fast-evolving ideas, and are passionate about leveraging data to protect and enhance privacy for millions of users worldwide, we would love to hear from you!</p> <h1 id="id-202310JobPostAdjustments-SiteReliabilityEngineer(MSA)"></h1> <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and visualise new KPIs capturing product success and actionable insights able to uncover new opportunities. </li> <li>Monitor and Synthesize KPIs to create reports capturing key company and cross-product level insights, challenging the status quo.</li> <li>Translate company-level goals into analytical tasks to ensure a data-driven approach. </li> <li>Collaborate closely with engineering teams to increase the quality and usability of our data within a privacy-first ecosystem. </li> <li>Mentor junior team members on statistical techniques and exploratory data analysis to achieve the right balance of analytical proficiency and business impact. </li> <li>Maintain and improve our A/B testing framework within our privacy-first in-house tool used by all data analysts to evaluate and document A/B tests. </li> <li>Empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions by developing training sessions on how to use and extract insights from our dashboards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 6 years' work experience as a Data Analyst with focus on statistics, data exploration and visualisation.</li> <li>Solid statistical background and experience in conducting hypothesis testing, A/B analysis and exploratory analysis. </li> <li>Ability to work large business concepts into actionable analytical tasks, including handling uncertainty and open-ended problems. </li> <li>Excellent knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language, preferably Python. </li> <li>Proven track record of prioritizing effectively and working independently in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.</li> <li>Great communication skills, with the ability to adapt to both technical and non-technical audiences to achieve results.</li> </ul> <p
