General Manufacturing Production Rates range from $21.13 to $22.13/hourly

Qualifications

What You’ll Do:

• Primarily responsible for receiving all of the materials coming into the factory including, but not limited to: mattress springs, cloth, wood, foam, etc. The material is received via tractor trailers pulled into our docks. The Receiver then must unload the materials, most by use of a forklift, scan it into inventory, and store it in the appropriate raw materials areas. Will also verify bills of lading and inspect for damage.  The successful candidate will be able to learn and identify the many different incoming materials by sight and code and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Requires the ability to work flexible hours; willingness to work in an area which can be hot or cold as the trailers are opened at the dock doors; and must have or able to pass forklift certification. 

• Ability to perform within a fast paced, team environment to maintain monthly, weekly, and daily production goals.  
• May collaborate with a team to achieve organizational goals. 
• Maintain and sustain a clean area/environment.

What You’ll Need:  

• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds. 
• Excellent attendance—must be reliable and punctual. 
• Must be willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays. 
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
