This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring seamless integration of processes and data across systems. The ideal candidate will be a natural problem-solver and critical thinker, comfortable asking the right questions to uncover insights and drive actionable solutions.</span><br/><span>In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, IT specialists, and business stakeholders, to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and support strategic initiatives such as M&amp;A-related migrations and integrations. Telecom experience is a plus but not required.</span><strong><span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span>What you’ll do</span></strong></p><span>Process Analysis &amp; Workflow Design:</span> <ul><li><span>Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives;</span></li><li><span>Design and document workflows that optimize operational effectiveness, using tools such as Flow Designer or similar platforms;</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with stakeholders to map out as-is and to-be processes, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams;</span></li><li><span>Act as a "tree shaker" to uncover root causes of inefficiencies and challenge existing assumptions to drive innovation.</span></li></ul><span>Data Projects &amp; Migration:</span><span></span> <ul><li><span>Lead efforts in data cleanup, ensuring accuracy and consistency across datasets and systems;</span></li><li><span>Support data migration activities during system transitions, including M&amp;A integrations;</span></li><li><span>Work closely with technical teams to define data requirements, mapping rules, and validation processes;</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and usability post-migration.</span></li></ul><span>Stakeholder Collaboration &amp; Communication:</span> <ul><li><span>Serve as the liaison between business and technical teams to ensure project goals are met and workflows are effectively implemented;</span></li><li><span>Ask insightful questions to elicit business requirements, ensuring that proposed solutions meet stakeholder needs;</span></li><li><span>Prepare and present documentation, including process diagrams, data mapping documents, and status updates, to project stakeholders;</span></li><li><span>Build strong relationships across departments to facilitate communication and alignment on goals.</span></li></ul><span>M&amp;A Migration Support:</span> <ul><li><span>Play a key role in integration projects related to mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless process and data transitions;</span><span></span></li><li><span>Work with cross-functional teams to align workflows, clean and migrate data, and optimize operations for newly integrated systems.</span></li></ul><span>Continuous Improvement:</span> <ul><li><span></span><span>Identify opportunities for ongoing process enhancements and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance quality;</span></li><li><span>Drive a culture of questioning and continuous learning to challenge the status quo and foster innovation within the organization.</span></li></ul><p><strong><span>What you’ll bring</span></strong></p><ul><li><span>5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, focusing on process optimization, workflow design, or data projects.</span></li><li><span>Hands-on experience with data cleanup, migration, and validation processes.</span></li><li><span>Proven ability to analyze complex
