Duties: Interacts and collaborates with stakeholders on key product considerations and aligns with product vision, features, and roadmap. Leverages customer insights, feedback, financials, compliance, and risk data to define product features and roadmap in partnership with other SMEs. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Owner; Systems Engineer; or Business Intelligence Analyst-related occupation.

Position required skills: Position requires experience in the following: Developing user stories from prioritized features and identifying acceptance criteria using tools like Miro and Lucidchart; Performing User-Acceptance Testing and Performance Testing using tools such as Selenium and JMeter; Utilizing Agile project management tools such as Jira to track tasks and sprint progress; Project Management using JIRA, Loop Component, and Service Now; Developing complex spreadsheets in Excel to analyze large datasets and create detailed reports for senior management; Data Visualization using Tableau; Documenting business processes using IBM BlueWorks Live and Meta Datahub; Collaborating with cross-functional teams on GitHub to deliver features and enhancements in alignment with strategic goals and KPIs; Utilizing Agile methodologies to adapt to changing requirements.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program 

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $138,715.00 to $182,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.  Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
