Business Analyst Internship (Part-Time)

Paragon Cyber Solutions has an immediate opening for a part-time Business Analyst intern in our Tampa, FL office. Local residents only (must live in / near Tampa, FL and work from our office).

As a Business Analyst, you will have a desire to support business development and gain experience in analysis and data entry. Additionally, the candidate should be able to support agency analysis, competitor analysis, and opportunity research using web tools such as GovTribe, GovWin, and SAM.gov. Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Support business development efforts by conducting market research and analyzing data to identify potential clients and competitors.
• Analyze and interpret data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage data entry and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Assist in proposal development and contract management.
• Stay current with industry trends, market changes, and regulatory updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Academic studies in business, finance, or a related field.
• Strong interest in business analysis, data entry, or a related field.
• Ability to learn processes and tools such as agency analysis, competitor analysis, GovWin, FedConnect, eBuy, SAM.gov, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Have an eagerness and willingness to learn.
