Program Manager, Engineering Product and Change Execution
The Program Manager, Engineering Product and Change Execution, reports to the Senior Manager for Natrium Engineering Processes and is given responsibility and authority to ensure the coordination and execution of engineering processes in the broader engineering organizations. This Program Manager is an execution-focused role tasked with ensuring accurate and correct execution of engineering processes in the production of work products by the engineering organization.
Responsibilities
• Lead team of dedicated Project Coordinators to ensure accurate and on-time delivery from key processes.
• Engage project teams to drive expectations for work execution for critical processes.
• Identify, advocate, and resolve deficiencies in design program and process/tool implementation across Natrium program.
• Ensure communication and integration with stakeholder groups is clear, appropriate, timely, and accurate.
• Responsible for the development, implementation, and ownership of design program coordination across Natrium program, including the setting of expectations for our partner organizations and others’ leading programs across Natrium
• Establish best practices and communication channels for design programs, tools/processes, and coordination.
• Contribute to development, maintenance and support of the overall Engineering Change Request (ECR) and design program integration planning and meetings
• Ensure cadence is established and maintained meetings and communication related to engineering process execution, such as ECR review and decision boards and Program coordination meeting
• Help develop and execute strategy of design programs including developing program plans and program review meetings
• Support scheduled program work, oversee daily operations, coordinate the activities of the program and support priorities for managing the programs
• Establish and track metrics for the purpose of evaluating and improving engineering process execution and outcomes.
Key Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum of bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Demonstrated project management skills (10+ years) in large scale engineering projects.
• Demonstrated ability to track schedules, review and assess schedules, and track schedule adherence.
• Experience with Primavera P6
