Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Assist with meal service, hydration, and feeding as needed
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing or management staff
• Support residents with medication reminders according to community policies 
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents 
• Assist with recreational activities and encourage resident participation
• Respond promptly to resident call systems and emergency situations
• Document care and services provided in accordance with community procedures
• Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving, home health, assisted living, or senior care experience preferred
• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), CNA, or certification preferred where applicable
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and team members
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed
• Must be dependable, patient, and team-oriented
