Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of Banking or Regulatory related experience (or educational equivalent)
Skills and Abilities:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Analyze and creatively solve problems
- Good research skills and familiarity with banking laws and regulations
- Collaborate and establish working relationships at all levels of the company
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Perform in a fast-paced environment, completing many tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and an appropriate sense of urgency
Tasks Performed:
- 80% - Complete primarily less complex and/or lower risk assignments by thoughtfully, effectively and efficiently reviewing data, transactions, records, processes and other outcomes according to departmental policies and procedures timely and according to department standards.
- 10% - Research, study and learn applicable laws and regulations, product features, systems and processes.
- 5% - Develop summary information and recommendations based on results of your assignments.
- 5% - Perform other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers
- Stationary 75% of time or greater
- Move Objects to Maximum 10 lbs
