ServiceTitan has ambitions to become the “Operating System of the Trades”. We are looking for a seasoned Principal Product Manager with the 10x impact mindset and a track record of driving new product features from concept to successful launch, market adoption, and customer outcome realization. We’re looking for someone to help set the bar for best-in-class CRM capabilities, with a keen eye on superior customer experience and automating the product journey.

Join our CRM team in a pivotal capacity, as this role offers a unique opportunity to wield significant influence, driving the evolution of tools that empower our B2B customers to achieve the extraordinary. You’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our clients’ ability to streamline processes, optimize customer interactions, and maximize efficiency. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll craft innovative strategies to cater to the diverse needs of our B2B partners, ranging from large enterprises to emerging businesses. What you'll do:

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the CRM core experience

• Engage closely with our customers to understand their current processes and needs, translating those into product capabilities and requirements

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, UX researchers, sales engineers, and other squads to deliver impactful customer experiences and outcomes

• Define and drive the success and adoption of your products by working closely with product marketing managers in creating internal and external launch plans

• Plan future product iterations based on a combination of usage analysis, customer outcomes, sentiment, and qualitative feedback

• Be responsible for the product’s life cycle from concept to launch through value realization

What you'll need:

• 5-7 years experience in a product management role

• Prior experience bringing SaaS B2B products from conception to launch

• Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making

• Strategic thinking to align product plans with broader business objectives

• Proven ability to deliver on commitments and timelines

• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities

• Strong collaboration skills & assertive project ownership to drive results

• Prior experience working in or with the trades industry a plus

• 4-year degree; MBA a plus
