Clinical Associate - Cytopathologist #PAT055

Description

The University of Chicago's Department of Pathology seeks a Clinical Associate at 100% effort for renewable terms of up to 3 years. The appointee will work in the cytopathology service and will allow for cross-coverage of other services, including the surgical/anatomic pathology subspecialty. The appointee will be based on the University of Chicago’s Hyde Park campus and will report to the Vice Chair for Anatomic Pathology and the Director of Cytopathology. The position does not require teaching or scholarly activity. Compensation is dependent on qualifications. This position is benefits eligible. Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must 1) have a medical doctorate or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois and the State of Indiana, and 3) be a board-certified or board-eligible Cytopathologist.
