The Players Assistant works closely with the golf course guests on a daily basis. This position performs a variety of tasks around the facility. Employee may be assigned other duties as determined by management. Essential duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Greet guests and provide direction
- Clean golf carts
- Set up golf carts in the staging area
- Check golf carts for damage
- Make sure carts are properly charged
- Empty trash containers throughout the facility
- Carry golfers bags and place them on carts for golf outings
- Complete light janitorial work
- Sort cans and bottles for deposit return
- Check the driving range and short game practice area for empty baskets
- Assist with golf outing and banquet setup
Qualifications
- Ability to follow direction
- Must be able to stand on your feet for the length of the shift
- Must be able to work scheduled shifts that include days, evenings and weekends
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to work and communicate cooperatively with employees and customers
- Must be able to provide a high level of customer service
