Position Overview:
The Campus Ministry Office seeks a dependable, welcoming, and mission-driven student worker to assist in supporting the daily operations, events, and outreach efforts of the ministry. This position is ideal for a student who is passionate about faith, service, and creating a hospitable environment for spiritual growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist students, faculty, and visitors to the office
Provide general clerical support (e.g., answering phones, responding to emails, copying, filing)
Assist in organizing and promoting ministry events, liturgies, and service projects
Manage digital signage, and social media posts
Maintain inventory and help with ordering supplies and materials
Set up and take down for programs, retreats, or outreach activities
Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized office environment
Support special projects or initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be a currently enrolled student at Campbellsville University.
Reliable, organized, and punctual
Friendly and professional demeanor
Comfortable working in a faith-based environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with social media, Canva, or Microsoft Office Suite a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate good judgment
Preferred Qualities:
Interest or involvement in campus ministry or service-related activities
Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends for special events
Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed
Learning Outcomes:
