Job Description

Aramark Sports + Entertainment is hiring a Data Analyst - Empower Field,  to support analysis of food, beverage and retail trends. This position will focus on data governance, analysis and insight-based recommendations to maximize opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

• Leverage consumer analytics to understand customer purchasing habits across Food & Beverage + Retail at Empower Field. Identify key consumer segments and summarize data-driven findings in a visual way that resonates with a variety of stakeholders and audiences.
• Analyze business performance data from a multitude of sources including labor tracking, Point of Sale, and inventory management systems to identify opportunities to improve operations and recommend data-driven action plans. 
• Lead the creation and development of key performance reporting to multiple stakeholders including the Aramark operations team and clients.
• Identify opportunities to create and meet consumer demand.  Work with internal and external strategic partners to pilot new concepts to advance the customer experience at Empower Field.
• Generate ad-hoc analyses to measure the outcome of short-term strategies. Work with cross-functional teams to define insights and analytics required to measure success.
• Innovate ways to streamline the collection and synthesis of information by improving business processes and organization. 

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting or Finance or another scientific discipline. Master’s degree a plus, but not r
