Requisition Summary

PACCAR Parts is searching for talented individuals to join our 2024 Summer Accounting Internship Program in the following areas: Cost Accounting, General Accounting and Internal Control. 

• Learn first-hand from top Accounting professionals
• Work directly with Senior Managers and Controllers
• Develop mentoring relationships with experienced accountants
• Gain valuable hands on experience

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Participate in distribution center audit
• Complete dealer coupon audits 
• Complete system access reviews
• Internal Control reviews 
• Monitor ICAP review progress
• Complete journal entries
• Complete reconciliations 
• Expansion of data analytics on core returns 
• Enhance online reporting 
• Streamline budget and actuals reporting 
• Special projects as assigned 

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• An analytical self-starter with a high sense of urgency

Education

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
• Junior or senior standing preferred
