Traveling Grocery Merchandiser

Our partner is seeking a Traveling Grocery Merchandiser in Fayetteville, NC.

This position requires travel to different states, including overnight stays. Candidates must have reliable personal transportation, as public transportation cannot be used for this role. Most travel time and mileage are paid (ask for details).

As a Traveling Grocery Merchandiser, you will work with a merchandising team to complete product resets, restock merchandise, maintain store presentation, and ensure assigned sections are organized according to planograms and team instructions.

Responsibilities

• Remove outdated products and replace them with new merchandise during store resets.
• Follow planograms and Team Lead instructions to reset and stock assigned store areas.
• Hang, attach, or replace price tags as needed.
• Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles.
• Build positive working relationships with store personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Report to work on time and prepared for scheduled shifts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable personal transportation (public transportation is not permitted for this position).
• Must be able to travel to different states, including overnight stays.
• Must be available to work early shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and perform frequent walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Ability to follow instructions from the Team Lead.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
