THE JOB:
The primary responsibility of the BusPerson is to maintain the entire restaurant, including the dining room, storerooms, food pick up area, and beverage station according to established cleanliness and stock standards.

THE STARTING RATE: $20.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work with servers to provide great guest service.

• Polish silverware, set up tables with the right utensils, glasses, linens, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins, and make sure ashtrays are clean and available in smoking areas.

• Clean and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables, then reset with clean linens, ashtrays, candles, glasses, and any other items needed.

• Remove dirty dishes, trash, and linens from tables and take them to the kitchen for cleaning and disposal.

• Communicate with servers, hosts, and management to keep tables ready and turnover efficient.

• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, and refill as needed.
