General Manager & Reg Marketing

General Manager is committed and proactive, working with management to hire and train staff to ensure everything runs smoothly. General Manager supervises and coordinates the entire team, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and excellent service, and will delegate and become competent in duties throughout the location, work with and mentor diverse personalities, and diffuse tense situations. You'll manage inventory and resources for all amenities within the the building, help the marketing team with events, ensure quality and safety controls are followed, maintain current licenses, create schedules, and work with the operations team to set business objectives to increase profits and maximize customer satisfaction.   Evenings, weekends, and some holidays are required.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

▪ Participate in hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to Guests, assessing employee performance, and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.

▪ Resolving conflicts or concerns from Guests and employees.

▪ Monitoring theatre activity and ensuring it is properly staffed.

▪ Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.

▪ Keeping up to date on personnel records and certifications needed for the staff.

▪ Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward Guests and team members at all times.

▪ Responding promptly to guest requests.

▪ Staying current on new releases and upcoming movies.

▪ Communicating and coordinating as a team with your fellow colleagues.

▪ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional Guest support.

▪ Remaining attentive to corporate requests and mindful of related responsibilities.

▪ Cleaning.

▪ You will likely find yourself doing a wide variety of tasks each time you work. You might sell tickets, but still help a guest at the concession stand or lend a hand cleaning an auditorium between shows.

▪ Completing any other duties as delegated or directed by your supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

▪ Must be at least 21 years old at the time of hire.

▪ If at any bar location, R-Serving is required and must be willing and able to pour at least basic drinks.

▪ If there is a religious reason as to why alcohol cannot be served, an official religious exemption in writing needs to be provided.

▪ Food handlers or ServSafe as required to meet County regulations.

▪ Must be able to run errands and provide current driver license and vehicle insurance.

▪ Must have the availability to open and/or close regularly.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Physical demands include but are not limited to:

▪ The employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel or crouch. Reasonable accommodations for disabilities will be provided, both short term and permanent.

▪ Must be able to move and transport up to 50 lbs.
