Job Duties: This manager-level position is responsible for people management and sales enablement. May also be responsible for project oversight of staff augmentation projects. Ensures that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements. Responsible for operational metrics and business results for assigned area of responsibility. Typically manages individual contributors and/or entry-level managers. Monitors consultant activities and performance on projects (e.g. read status reports, respond to staffing and availability issues, pro-actively seek out project performance reviews, etc.). May serve as project advisor for moderately complex engagements. May be assigned to various, unanticipated sites throughout U.S. Role requires over 50% travel throughout the U.S or Canada for business engagements and/or projects. May telecommute. (385.32854)

 

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field followed by 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Consulting Technical-related occupation. Position requires:

 

1.            Providing advisory services in the strategy, design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle CC&B systems;

2.            Translating business requirements into IT solutions, including gathering business and technical requirements, solution design and build, testing, and solution deployment;

3.            Business development activities (RFP responses, scope definition, client presentations, staff planning);

4.            Technical management, including scope, timing, resource allocation and performance;

5.            Providing advisory/consulting services in the Power & Utilities sector;

6.            Full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing Solutions (CC&B); and,

7.            Configuration of major modules of Oracle Utilities CC&B and designing the Logic and Pseudo code for Customizations (Algorithms, Batches, BIP Reports, Interfaces).

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $94,600 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
