- Business Systems Consultant I: $75,500 - $97,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Business Systems Consultant II: $86,000 - $114,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Partner with Product Managers, Business Systems Analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and support the implementation of new health insurance products and enhancements.

Translate health insurance product requirements, eligibility criteria, and business rules into system configurations within the product definition platform, utilizing JSON, XML, APIs, and related technologies to support product implementation and maintenance.

Configure, maintain, and support product definitions within the product definition platform while ensuring solution quality and accuracy.

Facilitate requirements reviews, testing activities, production implementations, and issue resolution efforts to support successful business outcomes.

Identify process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled opportunities that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience.

Collaborate across business and technical teams to document solutions, recommend improvements, and support change adoption.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into system, process, or operational solutions.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to assess complex business challenges and recommend effective solutions.

Experience supporting business system implementations, configuration activities, testing, and solution validation.

Experience working with configuration and coding-related concepts, including JSON, XML, APIs, business rules, and system integrations.

Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, Product Managers, Business Systems Analysts, and technical teams.

Exposure to cloud-based platforms, automation solutions, AI-enabled technologies, or modern business systems that support operational improvement.

Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
PREFERRED:

Experience supporting health insurance products, product implementations, or product lifecycle management activities.

Experience working with reporting, analytics, business intelligence solutions, or data-driven decision-making processes.

Experience with business data analysis, system integrations, cloud-based platforms, or related technologies.

Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies, operational excellence practices, or change management principles.

Strong knowledge of health insurance products and operational processes.
