We are looking for a
Litigation Lawyer / Process Lawyer
(unlimited, fulltime) Join our team at our location in Varberg (Sweden) – flexible working conditions available 

 

What are your tasks?

• You work on litigation and disputes as counsel for Riverty and our clients in an agile and dynamic environment.
• Your team consists of 4 people but you are having crossfunctional stakeholders.
• You independently pursuing and managing litigation; such as conducting legal investigations, drafting subpoenas, opinions, liaising with counterparties and the court and appearing in court as counsel.
• You supporting the business on all types of debt collection and litigation topics.    

 

What do you bring with you?

• You successfully completed a Swedish law degree and preferably are a recent law graduate.
• You have excellent communication skills and communicate confidently in English and Swedish.
• It’s an advantage, but not a must have, if you have knowledge as a court notary and/or in handling litigation on a debt collection company.
