We inspire people to achieve great things together. Our mission is to help organizations unlock the power of inspirational communication. Our award-winning communications channels - intranet, employee app and email - deliver experiences that drive engagement and inspire hearts and minds.

We’re headquartered in Chemnitz, Germany, with offices in many locations throughout the world, including New York, London, Berlin and Dresden. Our international team counts more than 750 employees from 45+ nationalities and we have a growing base of 2200+ customers that want to transform their employee experience. We are rapidly scaling, post-Series E ($115 million funding), have strong-growing revenue, and our customers love us.

We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Business Partner – GTM Finance to support our Go-to-Market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) functions across the Americas region

🧭 You’ll be our first dedicated finance hire in the Americas, acting as the primary finance presence in the region. While you'll work closely with our strong Revenue Operations team already in the region, you’ll also collaborate regularly with the broader FP&A and Finance leadership based in London (including the CFO), and be supported by a highly capable Finance Operations and Controlling team based in Chemnitz, Germany.

Who we are at FP&A:

We are a dynamic Financial Planning and Analysis team that enjoy solving the business challenges that come with rapid scaling. As we grow, our FP&A team is at the centre of driving smart, scalable decisions that shape Staffbase’s future.

Our role is to inform and influence some of Staffbase’s most important business decisions by:

What you’ll be doing

  • Be the Go-to-Market Finance Business Partner for leadership across the America region, embedding yourself within regional Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This will involve developing comprehensive financial models to support investment and building long-term value creation, while also proactively identifying and analysing opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability within the region
  • Operate as Staffbase’s only finance presence in the Americas, serving as a trusted advisor and financial sounding board to regional leadership and our Global CFO.
  • In addition to your Americas focus, you will own and maintain key global models and reporting for ARR, churn, and retention, ensuring accurate inputs and insights for monthly and quarterly performance reporting decks used by leadership and the Board.
  • Partner with Commercial Operations colleagues and finance/accounting stakeholders globally to drive commercial clarity and decision-making. Including ownership of the monthly commissions accruals, to ensure our frontline teams are rewarded accurately for their success.
  • Lead the planning, forecasting, and performance tracking processes for GTM functions in the America’s region — ensuring alignment between regional execution and company-wide strategy.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Operations to model sales capacity, quota deployment, compensation plans, and productivity metrics.
  • Present clear, actionable insights to GTM and finance leadership, contributing to QBRs, board packs, and leadership forums.

What you need to be successful

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, with at least 2 years partnering with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success) in a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
