Corporate Real Estate Senior Advisor -Evernorth Health Services- Remote

Responsibilities:

•Providing construction project management to Evernorth’s pharmacies and data centers to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives

•Develop capital plans for various Facilities projects for all stages and be responsible for portfolio management and project execution (Planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout)

•Interact directly with internal and external stakeholders to manage and lead all projects including preparing all elements of the project, including the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification

•Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process

•Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients

•Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company requirements

•Ensure project data integrity and documentation are accurate, timely, and coordinated

•Direct the project delivery team by providing mentorship and direction to achieve goals

•Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule

•Track the progress of each project and report status and variances

•Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans

•Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks

•Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions

•Mentor others and share in-depth knowledge of own your job subject area and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function

•Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with Evernorth values

•Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement

•Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams

•Work within broad guidelines and policies and explain difficult or sensitive information

•Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

•In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered

•Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.,

•Interpersonal skills with a sophisticated inquisitive mentality

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 108,800 - 181,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
