Digital Paid Media, Senior Associate

Position summary:

The Rainforest Alliance is looking for a dynamic, data driven, and collaborative Digital Paid Media, Senior Associate to join our Marketing & Communications team. Reporting to our Consumer Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for raising global awareness about the Rainforest Alliance’s work and driving engagement by implementing our paid media strategy on our global Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook channels.

Responsibilities:

• Design an online ads strategy to build a warm, active audience
• Publish ads on all of our global channels
• Monitor ads performance and implement day-to-day optimization
• Conduct A/B tests for both creatives and messaging
• Provide performance data to the internal and external creative teams for content creation
• Periodic high-level reporting on our paid ad performance and audiences
• Coordinate with the data analytics team on data infrastructure setup
• Adjust lead generation ad strategy according to email marketing data insights

Qualifications:

• 5 years professional experience in online ads management
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in lead generation, preferably for NGOs
• Good understanding of audience building and retention
• Being updated with digital marketing and social media trends
• Experience in coordinating with third parties
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive manner ability to multitask.
• Excellent interpersonal skills working professionally with a diverse range of individuals.

PREFERRED:

• Experience working in global, cross-functional, and matrix organizations
• Understanding of social media data analytics
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, TikTok Business Center and Facebook Business Manager
• Multilingual skills appreciated (Spanish, Portuguese)
• Interest in conservation, sustainable agriculture and/or human rights

Job level: 4A

Salary: For USA based candidates only:  

• National Salary range (Excluding NY and DC) - $52,441- $74,916

• New York Salary Range - $62,306- $89,009

• Washington DC Salary Range - $30,307- $86,154
