In this role, you will partner with clients and internal stakeholders across marketing and business development to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market performance for both our clients and the Company.</p><p>This multi-faceted role combines communications, marketing, and creative business development, providing opportunities to shape strategies that enhance brand positioning and optimise commercial outcomes.</p><p>We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and balances strategic thinking with creative problem-solving. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer, Iberia.</p><p><strong><br/>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with client and company objectives.</li> <li>Drive Legends/ASM and client brand positioning, enhancing market presence and customer loyalty across B2B and B2C channels.</li> <li>Plan, manage, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.</li> <li>Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity to inform strategy.</li> <li>Lead and motivate marketing teams to achieve departmental and organisational goals.</li> <li>Work with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and measure campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights.</li> </ul><p><strong><br/>You will have:</strong></p><ul> <li>A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)<br/></li> <li>Demonstrable experience in marketing, sales, communications, executive support, or project management across B2B and B2C environments.<br/></li> <li>Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results under pressure with urgency and attention to detail.<br/></li> <li>Proven ability to develop meaningful interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working effectively in a team environment.<br/></li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft 365; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).<br/></li> <li>Hands-on experience arranging events, marketing campaigns, and other related initiatives, with strong written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Full professional fluency in Spanish and English - Essential</li> </ul><p><strong><br/>Inclusive Workplace</strong></p><p>At <strong>Legends Global</strong>, we are committed to leading the entertainment industry towards a greener, faster, and more innovative digital future.
