Responsibilities

Responsabilités

• Préparer, émettre et envoyer des factures d’une partie de la zone EMEA/APAC
• S'assurer de la complétude des dossiers pour facturer
• Mettre à jour les données clients liées à la facturation (facturation électronique via une plateforme, contacts…)
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différentes équipes nous fournissant les commandes à facturer : Commerciaux, Services, Order Management ; ou fournir l’information à l’équipe Recouvrement.
• Suivre et analyser les factures à établir pour le périmètre défini
• Participer aux clôtures mensuelles

Qualifications

 

Qualifications :

• Anglais bon niveau
• Diplôme en comptabilité/gestion (minimum Bac +2)
• Microsoft Excel
• 10 ans d’expérience en facturation
