Together let's commit!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Understanding the requirements of the project from the Product Owner perspective and designing suitable solutions</li><li>Leading both functional and technical teams</li><li>Drafting detailed functional documentation about processes to be used as a guide by the Technical Team to develop the requirements</li><li>Validate results deployed in Production Environment to make sure that the developments meet the Product Owner needs</li><li>Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements</li><li>Participating in ongoing Agile Ceremonies (Sprint planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospective)</li><li>Taking responsibility of the weekly meetings with senior management to present latest updates, blockers, and future steps of the project</li><li>Deliver results on time</li><li>Escalating problems, stoppers, or dependencies at the right moment</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Mandatory Candidate Requirements</p><ul><li>Economics, Business Adm. or related financial knowledge</li><li>Previous experience in business analysis and leading projects</li><li>Experience with Financial statements, CIB Business and accounting.
