£24,832 - £26,139 per year
35 hours per week
We are recruiting a Governance Administration Assistant to join our Governance and Company Secretarial team based in Worcester. Working together as a team we provide governance and company secretarial services to the Group on behalf of the Company Secretary. The role will be responsible for supporting the team by completing admin tasks to ensure a high quality service is provided. We are looking for an ambitious individual willing to learn new processes who takes pride in their work.
The role of Governance Administration Assistant will include:
- Supporting the team with servicing boards and committee meetings including house styling board reports, collating board packs and recording accurate documentation
- Providing a high level of customer service to stakeholders
- Monitoring the central inbox and replying to queries in a timely manner
- Processing related forms
- Supporting ongoing and one-off projects
Skills and experiences:
- Able to demonstrate a level of numeracy and literacy to the equivalent of GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths
- Recent experience in interpreting written instructions and maintaining written records
- Experience of working in a customer service environment
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask during busy periods and keep a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise workloads and remain calm under pressure
- Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
