About the role
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with pharmacy clients while addressing and resolving client issues by being the primary point of contact for all Nuvem products.
- Responsible for managing the pharmacy accounts ensuring that we provide the highest level of customer service and attentiveness to our pharmacy’s
- Develop ongoing account relationships and serve as the key contact with assigned pharmacies to understand their 340B program, concerns and other pertinent data to develop clear service solutions
- Establishes and maintains high-level relationships with the pharmacy’s, understanding their needs and ensuring our services align with those needs
- Remain current on knowledge of Nuvem’s products, and services
- Stay up to date on knowledge of issues within the industry, and changing regulation (340B guidance)
- Proactively report on findings for data anomalies to the appropriate team members and advise on next steps for resolution
- Use primary client management toolset to manage and document all pharmacy interactions and projects as assigned
- Respond timely and completely to pharmacy’s, ensuring our service level standards are achieved
- Support and promote the Nuvem performance standards and values through positive interactions with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis
- Multi-task managing a book of business while serving as the subject matter experts for the pharmacies
- Analyze Pharmacy Performance (i.e., capture rates, dispensing fees, inventory management, purchase order monitoring, etc.) and collaborate with Covered Entity Account team to resolve issues
- Coordinating with applicable parties related to performance, reprocessing efforts, special projects, etc.
- Promptly respond to service failures, resolves issues, and escalates concerns as appropriate
- Evaluate, assess, and analyze the data necessary to provide solutions to the client’s particular business/technical needs
- Other duties as needed

RequirementsEducation & Skills:
- BS and/or pharmacy experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task and effectively handle multiple pharmacy clients at one time
Experience:
- 2+ years 340b experience required
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting for long periods of time
- Fine motor skills – repetitive hand motions via keyboard/phone
- Ability to hear, write, and speak effectively
- 20% travel, may be required
