Architectural Services Representative - Seattle, WA

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a remote Architectural Services Representative (ASR) based in the Seattle, WA region. The ASR is responsible for effectively promoting dormakaba’s entire North American portfolio of products, solutions and services to architectural firms, design build firms and government architects. The ASR will develop long term architectural customers by creating relationships based upon dormakaba’s ability to provide a deep portfolio of solutions, products and services that reflect the bests interests of the architects’ clients.

HIRING RANGE: Base Salary $85,000 - $100,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Ensure that the architectural firm’s library is fully up to date with dormakaba’s literature, technical documents, and relevant samples
• Ensure that completed specifications are forwarded to the appropriate sales teams
• Coordinate Request for Applications (RFA’s) and navigate approval procedures for individual firms
• Conduct American Institute of Architects (AIA) registered educational programs (“Lunch & Learn”) to architectural firms and association events

 

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3+ years sales experience
• 50%+ travel

 

WHAT WE PREFER

• Bachelor’s/technical/vocational school degree or equivalent
• 3+ years architectural sales experience
• Member Construction Specification Institute (CSI)
