People that share the same passion and enthusiasm for eCommerce and technology as we do.</p> <p>Sounds like you?</p><p>#AimToAmaze</p> <p><strong>How you will contribute to Skroutz vision</strong></p><p>We are looking for a People Partner aka HRBP to join our People Operations team. </p><p>Your goal as the Skroutz People Partner is to drive the full people agenda in your assigned Departments while acting as a trusted advisor and coach to partnering stakeholders - Managers and ICs - throughout their employee life journey at Skroutz. </p> <p><strong>What you will be doing</strong></p><p>Indicatively, as a Skroutz People Partner you will:</p><ul> <li>Cultivate close and effective relationships with People Managers and their teams, while acting as a trusted people advisor to identify and achieve shared objectives, coaching, advising, and supporting them with their people plans, talent needs and employee relations support</li> <li>Lead hiring initiatives, external and internal, for their stakeholders</li> <li>Work closely with People Growth Lead to resolve complex and challenging problems and provide consultations on matters of growth and development</li> <li>Participate and provide insight into Performance management events</li> <li>Analyze people metrics and drive action plans that will ensure team happiness and effectiveness. Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics</li> <li>Provide advice and guidance on any issues that your team is facing</li> <li>Champion Skroutz Values and Culture, being their ambassador and supporting the continual embedding of them in everything we do</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>You have at least 3 years of experience as an HRBP with the following attributes: </p><ul><li>HR Expert: strong HR Knowledge including practices around Talent Acquisition, Performance Mgmt, Employee Relations, Comp &amp; Ben, HR policies, and employment laws. </li></ul><ul><li>Strategic Thinking is your key skill: you have the ability to think strategically, analyze complex issues and assess the impact of HR related decisions on the business while anticipating future needs</li></ul><ul><li>Relationship building fan: with your excellent interpersonal skills, you develop trust and credibility in order to be a valuable partner towards all stakeholders</li></ul><ul> <li>Communication Skills: you have strong both verbal/ written communication skills being able to adapt your communication style depending on the audience and situation</li> <li>Insights admirer: you are comfortable working with data and analytics to drive insights and decision making</li> <li>Leading by example is your motto: you demonstrate leadership qualities.
