Production Planner

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Responsible for end-to-end order processing
• Prepare and adapt the short- and long-term production schedule 
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Liaise with the Purchasing team to achieve the order confirmation according to market needs and group KPIs
• Maintain solid relationships with our Shared Service Center and Sales teams
• Work closely with the Demand Planners to understand and monitor the demand forecasting drivers
• Calculate and report the monthly delivery performance KPIs
• Reporting on the production status and any production issues to upper management in a timely and effective manner

 
Requirements

• Technical/commercial educational background
• 2 years proven experience in Supply Chain/Logistics environment 
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Effective analytical skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities

 
Optional Skills

• Working experience in a multinational company
• SAP knowledge/experience
