Senior Accountant (Hybrid)

Our CFO and CAS team works to develop relationships with business owners to ensure that they have the necessary information to make the right decisions for the growth and profitability of their organization.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.</li> <li>Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations and with monthly close processes.</li> <li>Contribute to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.</li> <li>Maintain documentation for accounts payable, accounts receivables, and conducting internal audits.</li> <li>Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.</li> <li>Meeting and reporting deadlines to clients.</li> <li>Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits.</li> <li>Ensuring compliance with GAAP.</li> <li>Assisting the accounting services department as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.</li> <li>4+ years of accounting experience.</li> <li>Familiar with inventory factoring.</li> <li>Experience within real estate and manufacturing industries.</li> <li>Working knowledge of GAAP.</li> <li>Strong numeracy and analytical skills.</li> <li>Good problem-solving and time management skills.</li> <li>Knowledge of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.</li> <li>Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations.</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data.</li> <li>Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.</li> <li>Demonstrates an ability to function at a high level in a deadline driven, time-sensitive environment.</li> <li>Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, responsive and polished communication skills (verbal and written).</li> </ul> <p>The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
